Team Members
Neil Livingstone
Managing Director
Neil has been running Douglas Dickson since 2009. He is passionate about providing outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. He is a Certified Practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
He is also a qualified accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Neil began his career in London as an accountant training with one of the top accountancy firms. He then moved into financial and general management that took him from London to Silicon Valley in California. After a number of years in the sun, he returned to Glasgow and his family roots.
In his spare time he likes hiking, cycling, running and encouraging his children to join him in the great outdoors.
Shona McLellan
Property Manager
Shona is our property manager and deals with all property related matters, from repairs to move out inspections and everything in-between.
Shona obtained degrees in both Geography and Real Estate Management before joining Douglas Dickson in 2015. She is a Certified Practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Housing completing the LETWELL course in 2018. She regularly attends webinars hosted by Landlord Accreditation Scotland to ensure she remains current with changes to the private residential sector.
She likes rock music, gigs, coffee, pizza and naps. She is also known as the resident crazy cat lady.
Kathie Larkin
Finance Manager
Kathie is our finance manager and is responsible for all our finance related matters, including paying our suppliers and credit control.
Kathie has been with us for many years. In this time she has gathered a wealth of experience working with our tenants and has seen the changing landscape of the property management sector.
Outside of work she enjoys walking, spending time with her two young grandchildren and holidays in the sun.
Louise Davis
Finance Assistant
Louise is our finance assistant, supporting Kathie with the purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control. She also supports Shona with property repairs and enquiries.
Louise joined Douglas Dickson Property Management in 2015, in her time here she has encouraged our office to become a paper free environment helping implement new ways of working. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.
